The wheel provides a good view but the glass could be cleaner and the lights could be shut off at the top to afford better photos w/o glare. Good value.

I went to do the carnival chaos but i unfortunately was to big the ride should have an extension for bigger people i was so embarrassed because the staff tried it more then once each time im getting more embarrassed

My son visited the Fallsview Tourist Area with his class. They had an absolute blast and we heard of the venture for days afterwards.Unfortunately, my son left his bag at the Wendy's in the area. We live in London and were unable to make the trip to Niagara to retrieve it.Through the help of a number of staff working within the Fallsview Tourist Area, and an outpouring of kindness and patience, we have been able to make arrangements to get the bag back. I cannot express the gratitude and level of appreciation I have for the folks who communicated with me over this past week. Many thanks. This goes well beyond customer service, and is a show of humanity.We appreciate you!!
