Ethan is so handsome and helpful. This place should be happy to have him. Even checked another store to see if they had the jeans I wanted. I would definitely send my friends and family to Ethan is they ever needed help shopping. 10/10

Used to love shopping here. But clothing are very frump. Haven’t shopped here in years. Niagara Falls location is terrible when looking for a staff member to help. They are either gathered at cash register or just not helpful.

Considering that Marks is owned by Canadian Tire it's bad business that Marks doesn't accept Canadian Tire gift cards. I will be never give out Marks or Canadian Tire gift cards ever again, and will be minimizing my purchases at either stores.

Today I was in the store and a sales associate that helped me was GREAT ! I got apair of work boots and work pants . The whole time she was there helping and very Attentive to my needs . I was not the only one she was helping there were others as well and she still managed to serve and keep us all happy at once . As well I was quite impressed with her knowledge of the products in the store and answered all my questions with no hisitation . As a man shopping is something I prefer not to do but Sam made it a bareable time! So happy and impressed with my experience at this location I will definitely be back !!! Anyone going in look for Sam for help she was great ! Thanks so much Sam!
