Dave at the Niagara Falls location was very helpful in transferring my data from my old phone to my new one. My old phone was completely dead and wouldn't charge, but somehow he managed to get it up and running to do the transfer. I would definitely recommend these guys for sure. A special thanks goes out to Darrel at the Bell Centre in Niagara Falls for recommending these guys.

Highly recommended . Dave is knowledgeable and great at what he does. I had a problem he took me right in and fixed our phones in a timely matter . They are worth the drive if you are from out of town like us .
