“I have been a loyal customer of Staples in Niagara Falls for many years. Had purchased over time a lot of merchandise including computers, an iPad and many printers. In recent weeks I had the need to have repair work performed. A young soft-spoken man named Darius (aka Dariusz) who is the site chief technician was able to repair both my computer and printer in a decent amount of time. His skill, honesty, sincerity, politeness and professionalism were very much appreciated by this non tech savvy senior. I was very impressed by Darius and would definitely rate him as a five-star employee!”
