I’ve been coming to this store for years, but the customer service has just depleted. The employees seem to change all the time, which leads me to wonder why. The new ones now have zero customer service skills, and I’ve heard some awful remarks come out of them regarding their own staff and other customers. Environment within the store feels different. The owner looks like he could really care less anymore, and whoever this other female manager is isn’t any better. It’s unfortunate because they’ve been my regular store since adopting my cat from them, but luckily there is Global Foods right across the street and I’ve never had issues there. I wouldn’t recommend this store if you want a positive and personable experience.

Decent In-Store experience, felt harassed by staff afterwards.
Visited location for dog food on a Sunday afternoon. Was in my 36' RV. Plaza was mainly empty and I fit in 2 spots. The store was tidy and the staff either stocking or helping customers, (a mature associate helped me find my brand)
After cashing out, my traveling buddy decided to purchase lunch from wendys in the same plaza. Staff asked me to leave, and I firmly explained my friend was in another business.
This has left a bad taste in my mouth. This would be understandable if parking was at a premium, but it was a Sunday in a basically dead plaza.

Great cat😸 supplies great prices. Staff r exceptional. And senior day last Thursday of the month a must.

Staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. Groomer is exceptional!

I went in On Saturday May 25th.
4 employees in the store 3 up at cash ,1 lady cleaning the fish tanks,
The lady cleaning the fish tanks asked if I needed help, I said no thank you I'm only looking.
The three employees at cash were talking away, paid no attention to me while I was in an aisle, I was in the aisle for at least 15 minutes,
I reluctantly purchased a few items, because of how these three employees were behaving.
Hopefully the next time( if ) I'm in this doesn't happen again.

taking my loyalty points just not nice bought 65 $ bag of cat food to find out my info was diverted to another email and phone number

horrible service from the girls upfront made my dog throw up the other day after they gave him a treat saw one of the girls poke holes in the dog food bags while I was walking past

I think the girls who serve at this point (3714 portage rd) do this out of obligation... they don't give good service.
