I had my vehicle repaired here after an accident. Chris, John and their team did a great job.
These past few weeks I had to coordinate a lot with insurance and rental companies, and it was a stressful time, but every time I contacted the shop they were polite, patient, and helpful.
When I picked up my car today, not only was the repair done beautifully, and they even cleaned both the exterior and interior of my car. Really appreciated their extra effort. Also, they even helped me install my winter tires, which I really appreciated.
Thank you to everyone at the shop. Your professionalism and kindness made this experience much easier. I will definitely return for future service.

Was in an accident and my insurance asked me to choose between a few different shops that they work with. I chose this one because they were close to my house and the reviews were great. They are true, these guys are awesome! They’re also all very kind and professional as well. I appreciate that they were able to answer any questions I had and they provided frequent updates. I just picked up my car and the work they did was amazing. Looks and feels just like new!

I made a visit for a body damage quote and was told by Assured it would be emailed the next day. 3 days after I called on the delay and the “blamed” my junk email and sent the exorbitant quote 10 minimum later AND it was not a forwarded email. They didn’t want my business so I went elsewhere for half the price.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Assured Collision Centre on St. Lawrence Ave. in Niagara Falls. From start to finish, their service was not only professional but also incredibly thoughtful and efficient.
The repair was completed in a very timely manner, which I truly appreciated. In a time when you often expect delays, they exceeded expectations and had my car ready even sooner than I anticipated. What impressed me just as much as the speed of their work was the exceptional customer service. Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and clearly committed to making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
When I picked up my vehicle, I was amazed; it was the cleanest it has ever been. They went above and beyond by detailing the car inside and out, which was a very welcome surprise.
Additionally, I had a personal request to have the dealership signage removed from the vehicle, something that’s not typically part of a standard repair and they took care of it without hesitation. About four months ago, I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light. My insurance company referred me to this repair shop, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From the beginning, they were professional, attentive, and the quality of their work was excellent. My car was repaired perfectly.
Recently, I noticed that the rear sensor had come loose and the trunk sometimes wouldn’t close properly. I went back to the same shop, and a staff member with glasses greeted me with great care and professionalism. He diagnosed the issue, gave me an appointment, and had the car fixed on the promised date—even one hour earlier than expected! Best of all, they didn’t charge me anything for the follow-up repairs.
This is a business that truly stands behind its work. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is outstanding. Special thanks to the gentleman with glasses. Highly recommended!
