Had a phenomenal experience at Roger’s today with the help of Amanda! She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, she helped us upgrade all 3 of our families phones as well as sign up for the rogers credit card! It was a speedy and enjoyable process thanks to her expertise!

Worst customer service at Rogers, today. The staff clearly needs proper training. He didn’t understand basic customer questions, showed no interest in helping, didn’t even offer a seat, and acted like it didn’t matter whether a customer wanted to buy something or not. Completely careless and unprofessional.

Adam and Brandon were a big help . Great customer service and we got a deal for 100gb and unlimited for 35$. I may be completly switching all my phones from telus shortly if this plan is good on our phone!
