I had such a wonderful experience at the Roots store in Fallsview Casino thanks to Debbie! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with genuine warmth and such positive energy. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about everything in the store.
Debbie went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, and her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who treats every customer like a VIP, but that’s exactly how she made me feel.
Because of her amazing service, I will definitely be coming back again. Roots is lucky to have her! Thank you, Debbie, for making my day and giving me such a great shopping experience! 💖

I've shopped here many times when my mom and I visit Fallsview Casino Resort.
I've bought hats, hoodies and other stuff at this location.
This store is small but the biggest asset is the friendly and helpful staff.
I love this Roots location and I thank the staff for being so friendly and helpful.

We have to wait 1 hour for the cash register to get through. The store stuff were helpless and rude. then they called the security,who was also very rude.

I had a wonderful experience, thanks to Kimberly, the salesperson who assisted me. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not only did she help me with my purchase, but she also took the time to suggest some fantastic local spots to visit here in Niagara. Kimberly truly went above and beyond, and I can’t thank her enough for making my visit so enjoyable. You’re awesome, Kimberly!

The workers swarm to minorities whenever they enter the store. If I’ve already told you twice that I don’t need help, why do you keep hovering over me and my family? Additionally, why are two workers whispering about customers entering? Very strange behavior.

The 1 person that was working today was not helpful at all! Did not even acknowledge that my husband and I were even in the store, while moving around the store to seemingly avoid us. Missed out on a sale of a coat and bag, certainly will not visit this store again
