MAAAAJOR stock issues with this store. If you decide to purchase anything ahead of time and they say there’s no stock and it should be coming in soon, run the other way.
We purchased a couch in October and they told me not until beginning of January, so then I called and they said our order have been cancelled? So once we sorted that it wasn’t cancelled they said they only brought in a couple couches and they went out to other customers. And then told me not until approximately end of January.
Save yourself the headache, either buy what’s in stock or don’t shop here.

I have never had problems at The Brick and the courtesy and the wellness of customer service is excellent. And the delivery men are helpful and courteous to us.

The delivery guys were great. The delivery app was an issue with not being able to refresh and only showed 7 stops away for 2 hrs. They arrived without any notice so I had to scramble to get there for them.

Marzanna was absolutely amazing . I recently purchased a TV from The Brick and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were knowledgeable and helped me choose the right TV for my space and budget without being pushy. The pricing was competitive, and the delivery was smooth and on time. The TV itself works perfectly and the picture quality is excellent. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely shop at The Brick again.

Edited review: The Brick team were helpful in replacing a faulty sectional I ordered. Thankful they were able to help make our situation right. Our couch is comfortable and hoping to get many years out of it. Sales staff are very friendly, delivery/warranty workers as well. We were very unhappy with our first order, and are thankful that they were able to help resolve our issues.
Original review: The sectional that was delivered has turned out to be the most uncomfortable, creakiest piece of furniture in existence, since it was deliver and had gone down hill fast. You can feel wood and metal frame on most of the couch, to the point of inflicting significant pain if you put your weight down wrong. The 1 year comfort warranty doesn’t seem to matter, they are in the process of trying to “repair” the issue however it is clear I received a faulty unit. Nothing like the model comfort wise! I have never been more disappointed in a purchase in the life. Owned the couch for 7 months and have had problems since week 1. I feel scammed. No comfort, feeling very brushed off as a customer. I’m financing this couch for 3 years and purchased for its pull out sleeper abilities and I am unhappy each and every single time I sit or lay on this couch. Will update if there is any solution on the Bricks part.

The brick Niagara falls delivery drivers are useless they were suppose to take the fridge away but they didn't left it on the front lawn with doors pointing up they should know not to do this
