My wife and I went to the NF Home Depot to purchase a replacement refrigerator. We went to HD because we always had positive experience with appliance purchases. The sales peeson name was Robert. We wished to purchase a 36inch Whirlpool fridge. Unfortunately they did not have floor model for us to measure the height (we had custom cupboards with only 70 tall opening). Robert said that they would deliver and we could measure before they unloaded it. Wide Range trucking delivered as promise but upon measuring found it would not fit. The two gentlemen from Wide Range Transport did not complain or make any smart remarks and left with the fridge to explain we did not accept the fridge.. We went to the Morrison St store to explain the situation and to get back our money. The sales Representative on duty was Darren. He too was very understanding and helpful. He made a few calls and we left the store happy customers and a full refund. We cannot be more pleased in our dealing(s) with the NF home Depot.PS we also purchased another fridge for our daughter as well.

This Home Depot location has been my go-to spot for Christmas trees for the past few years. The service is always top-notch, and my son and I love exploring available options. We always manage to find the perfect tree! Thank you, Home Depot, for making our holiday season even better.

Waiting 10 minutes to buy wire multiple times in a row isn’t reasonable. Nedco has better prices if you’re buying a decent amount. Why not have employees that don’t work in the electrical department know the combo too? Time is money

Went there today and was so impressed with the fantastic customer service everywhere we went. Every department was friendly, and ready to help. The staff are knowledgeable, and eager to assist. Great experience.

I rented the little beaver mechanical earth drill to do fence posts. The machine was good for 2 holes then with the third hole it kept turning off in the middle of drilling the hole. We had to wait a bit to start it up again. The the wire for the on off switch came out and the switch wouldn’t turn the machine off which was dangerous. We had to try to put it back in for it to work properly. It took us twice as long because the machine was a headache always turning off. Then when we dropped it off at the rental department to tell the guy he completely ignored us when we told him how the machine was operating. He literally didn’t say a word or look at us. Just gave me my rental paper and said have a good day. Honestly never will rent from there again. It was an awful experience.

Me and my wife went to Home Depots in Niagara Falls, with 2 Ecosmart LED bulbs for warranty replacement and Manager (Silvia) was very rude to us, denied us because we didn't have original box or receipt. She made us feel like we were trying to get free bulbs, we had twice previously gotten replacements without issues at this location. Wish she would have be more professional.

I enjoy shopping here but my last visit I needed a couple loose bolts along with $200.00 in other items being purchased. Now with self checkout the bolts were not upc'd or in the system. The employee told me I needed to get the number from the box to put in and pay. I left the bolts and said I'll purchase elsewhere. If self checkout is the way of the future then items need to be set up. Very disappointed in the help.

A few days ago I went in and bought a few things. I was watching the cashier attendant. Their where 4 guests myself included. As I was checking out she decided to check me out. The customer ahead was able to do it themselves. As I am leaving "because I said something" she decides to check out another customer. Then another customer comes up and was able to cash out without issue. I then watched 2 more customers check out without her evening helping them as I was outside in the exit area. I noticed she didn't even say anything to them. While I was in the store I can feel her profiling me. She says she wasn't but she was. See I'm observant I know my surroundings quite well. If this company isn't careful it could them big money.Their was 4 customers as I was in the store 1 ahead of me, then another 2 guys and the 4 was checking out wood. Then as I was in the exit area their was 2 more seperate guest. Only 2 guests where helped out of the 6 and the one was because I said something.If you put in self checkouts don't have staff profiling or bother customers. Your trusting us to cash out, so either pay someone to do the job, or leave customers alone.

I'll never spend a cent there again.They somehow misplaced the order and dimensions they took for countertops for our kitchen reno. They took our money, and we waited. The date came and went, and when we called about the delay, they told us they didn't have the info, couldn't find our order, and it will be another eight to ten weeks that we're without countertops, on top of the six weeks we've waited already.Update; Fifteen hours after replying to their message as they asked, still nothing. Not even acknowledgement that they've received it.Turns out the associate had written down the wrong product number, and it seems this was ignored all the way down the line, and nobody thought to contact the client - just let this one sit and gather dust because of Home Depot's clerical error.Update - we should have received a call they say... and we didn't. They're going to send an email to the supplier they tell me, and they usually get back to them in 24 to 48 business days. I'm hoping they meant hours (and errors like this would explain a lot).Update - I get messages at the end of business about 'how sorry they are' and 'I'm going to reach out to the store and the supplier' and nothing yet. Got told again that they should hear back in 24 to 48 business hours (so three to six days?), and they said they'd write Friday, so I guess we won't hear anything until Thursday or so. Totally unacceptable.

I can’t say enough good things about Home Depot’s incredible Customer Service team, especially Czarina. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted with her warmth and enthusiasm. She was very attentive, offering expert advice on what I needed. I will continue to trust Home Depot with all my home renovation needs.

Customer Service Leader. Checking out today, I was pleasantly surprised by the cashier who was helpful and friendly. Not to say Home Depot has bad service it's just kind of the norm everywhere. Also big shout out to whoever decided to provide paper bags at the check out. I do believe plastic bags are wasteful and harmful but I need something to carry the stuff I'm buying to my car and up to my home. Paper bags are what every store should provide. I usually use them for something else after so they don't go to waste.

Great experience at this Home Depot. Much nicer and more helpful staff than the States, cleaner bathrooms, and had the products we needed. Thank you to the staff members who helped us load up our Sonopan!
