DO NOT SHIP AT UPS. Canada post/Purolator Both offer flat rate fees for Canada From $18-$25 includes tracking and insurance. UPS is way over price you have to fill out paper work no insurance either, for example they wanted $70+ tax for a package where Purolator was $27 with tax and insurance.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Wanted to ask some questions as I am a small business owner and have had to start shipping with UPS during the Canada Post strike. Before I could even start talking I was cut off by the owner answering a phone call and loudly arguing with a customer on the phone. After his phone call ended he waved in my face as if instructing me to leave and as I was walking out he yelled "do you have any more questions?!". He also threw my fragile package on the desk to scan it which was completely unnecessary. I typically find UPS service to be decent but I will not be coming back to this location.
