very dirty place, I couldn’t use the toilet because it was very dirty and was making noise. disgusting smells, instead of double coffee they gave out regular coffee and the last straw was the preparation of this coffee, the girl, presumably from India, collected the milk that had spilled into the glass with her finger and wiped it back into the glass. In response to my remark that I refuse to drink it with a very dissatisfied face, she changed it

Out of town here and looking at Tim's close by, the reviews alone have me not even attempting this location , thank God for reviews because I would never go here! I rather attemp gas station coffee!

Like always the food n drunkz are worth the terrible service...just not sure if they becoming worth the price spent per visit...?Vegetarian options: They have a couple different options from egg on English muffins, biscuits or bagels .Salad or wraps for lunch or a quick dinner.Dietary restrictions: Besides salad not much at Tim's is good for any dietary plans.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible parking, entrances and washrooms....they also now have seating with marked tables.

The staff member on cash who was indian and had black hair was very disrespectful, I was ordering 3 donuts and 20 timbits and she had a attitude with me because I forgot to include another donut. It really dissapoints me to see a staff member acting so disrespectful when they work in tim hortons. Otherwise the food was good! Service was bad. Atmosphere was alright as well.,

The tim hortons on Lundys Lane in Niagara Falls had a dirty restroom lucky I didn't have to do anything but no.1 The one in FortErie I gave the girl a 140 tip bought a coffee they were friendly but then she didn't say thanks it made me regret the tip .I understand people can't speak good English have to work but some don't even put an effort and speak bare minimum and very fast it makes it hard to understand maybe they the companies should tell them to put forth an effort. It would be appreciated.

One of the WORST tim Hortons locations. This one white guy at drive thru never talks or says hi or thank you or ANYTHING.. very awkward every time I see him at the window. The employees don't even care at that location, it's so obvious that they lack people skills.. and yet, they work there..GET A NEW JOB IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!MY ORDER IS USUALLY ALWAYS WRONG, LATTES AND CAPPUCCINOS ALWAYS SUPER LIGHT (ALMOST HALF EMPTY SOMETIMES!) I NEVER EVER GET KETCHUP IN THE BAG WHEN I ASK FOR IT. I think there needs to be an employee clean up in there and new employees working there that actually know how to do a good job. This location has AWFUL customer service! That white dude needs to start being better because I almost dread going there because of him.I have to check my order every time I buy something because I usually NEVER get what I ask for.. especially when I ask for a farmer's wrap with bacon AND sausage.. apparently that's WAY too complicated for them to do.. just TERRIBLE!Fix the problems before you get anymore unhappy customers like me, because apparently you guys have a poor reputation as it is.GET MY GOD DAMN ORDER RIGHT NEXT TIME!IS THAT SO F'ING DIFFICULT?!?!?

I got there ‘in the nick of time’ before a large group arrived , I was served quickly , staff friendly. Understood it is difficult to keep tables clean from crumbs when the restaurant is busy , but , all tables should be adjusted so they don’t wobble and create hazard of spilled coffee, currently the norm; a common problem for this chain could easily be solved by national company maintenance safety review.Dietary restrictions: Too much sugar and added calories to most things ignores dietary restrictions for many many people who should not eat that much sugar . Pricing on bagels and plain croissants donuts could be lower because they are cheaper to make and customers already pay too much for coffee.

Not the friendliest service and food and coffee usually comes out wrong. Today we asked for extra mayo on blt, didn't get it. Cappuccino was cold and undrinkable. Total waste of 22$ for something we didn't or couldn't

Can't get an ice cap after 6pm. They have no issue taking the order but then tell you after the machine is broken, out of order, cleaning it, parts missing. The list goes on. Tonight a part was missing and I told them it's a small store the part didn't walk out the front door. She made no attempt to even look. They offered coffee for a drink that costs 5 bucks. I asked for a refund which they gave. But not before telling me I was being difficult. Great customer service by belittling your customers. Tim hortons is good but not good enough to take that kind of talk from a cashier. The problem is the evening Staff that seems to go out of their way not to make anything after 6pm. It was 8pm and they were still open till 10pm. No food, no drinks other than coffee.

Worst experience I have ever got in my life from Tim Hortons Lundy’s lane . I came to get a coffee no one was there at counter all were in drive thru but one girl standing I called her thrice but she ignored and don’t even asked to wait or get an order . I stood for more than 5 minutes at counter to order my coffee. Such a rude behaviour by Tim employees.
