This has to be one of the best coffee shops I've been to in a long long time, the staff are always very friendly and the place is always clean and friendly and I'm happy to have made this location one of my favorite places to go and I will definitely spread the word.

My friend order 6pc donut and paid for it while I picked up order for Uber. The staff handed me ONE 6pc box (my friend's donut) and a paper bag. I asked if thats everything she said yes. I then assumed that everything for uber delivery is in the sealed bag. After that, my friend and I used the washroom. From washroom, i decided to order coffee and a bagel. While am doing that, my friend grabbed the ONE box and 1 bag the staff handed to me on his way out. When she gave me my bagel and coffee i said thanks and saw me left. After delivery, the customer called looking for her 6pc donut so i went back to Tims. The staff who served me told her supervisor (maybe) that i am back. She then came and told me i mess up the order. That the staff told her that she handed me TWO boxes and a bag and from washroom i grabbed the item and left which is a big lie coz i bought 2 coffee and bagel from washroom so i said we can check the security camera for her to see the sequence not just believe what her co-worker say to cover her mistake. She then said sorry hun u messed up and i dont want to listen then turn her back. I was embarrased by people at the dining but what saddened me is the customer left me a bad review that affected my rating really big time. Just 3 months as uber driver and reached high rating quickly especificaly of friendly service and i am like that naturaly so this has big impact to me. I dont understand how that staff lied and acting like nothing happened.As food service manager, i always aim customers happiness and satisfaction. I had never thought i will be experiencing the other way around.

This is my favorite Tim Hortons location in the Niagara area. The staff are always friendly and energized no matter what time of day it is, and despite being constantly busy, they are quick to deliver orders with a smile on their face. Thank you for your service, and for the coffee! ☺️

Very bad services i ordered food through uber eats my food was cold in temp hash brown were bad in taste and told them heated up everything but they give me every thing cold please customers are wasting their money if you are doing job do it properly

Guys, Do not go to this location. They wants you to pay first before you even sit. The supervisor name of the lady Olivia, she is non sense. She is rude and have no matters to talk to the customers. I am going to report to tim Horton head office.

Olivia (Supervisor on Shift)Did not allow us group of 4 people to dine in even we bought coffee.. she was very disrespectful and was asking us to leave the place when we were waiting for other people to join us and order. She was rude and asked us to not use dine in until we place order or not wait around.Reporting her behavior as we are not asking for a free coffee and I am also a business owner and we know what Customer Service is and how to treat customers. Strict action should be taken against this behavior or will report to head office as this is happening frequently with others.

DOUBLE check your orders before you leave!!Placed an app order, had my son pick it up! Ordered a large ice cap made with chocolate milk and whipped topping. Got a normal ice cap, no topping. Ordered a large chili…got a regular with no bun!Come in Tim’s, DO BETTER!! LOTS of locations in the immediate area…will not be back to this one!!

Been here many times over the years, recently the iced coffees I get have been tasting awful as if something is cross-contaminating it. The taste has been consistently off even after multiple visits on different days. This does not occur at other nearby Tim Hortons.I've also had mistaken orders almost every time I've gone through drive through the last 2 weeks.

Great place to get hot coffee and fresh pastries. Place can be cramped, and seating is a bit limited because most of the customers are enjoying and taking they're time with their coffee.

I went to this Tim Hortons at 10:25, this store closes at 11. I asked if they served any food she said very rudely, “maybe come a little earlier if you want food”. I then ordered and payed, she continued to be extremely rude and raising her voice. I got my drink and asked for a straw and she said “maybe if you look around you’ll find one” again very rude. She didn’t fill my drink up at all and still continued to belittle me. I’m not sure what kind of customer service this is but I find this utterly disrespectful considering I was nothing but respectful towards her.
