The tire shop had just closed for the day and I was traveling with my family and we seemed to have a flat tire and which all the tires where different sizes and they stayed after the shop closed to help me and my family. Amazing members couldn’t be more thankful!

Exceptional service. My wife and I were in a real jam, her tire blew, we needed to get some help urgently because of our situation and these guys were super quick and efficient. Also, very down to earth and professional over the phone while going through the whole process. Seems like they actually care about you and want to genuinely help. Highly recommend!!

Less than a half hour to close these guys got my van belt and were able to fix my van so we could get back home over an hour away. I am so very thankful and would give them 10 stars!! Great service, honest and if we lived here we’d be coming here for all our vehicle needs!

From my first communication on the phone to leaving with my brand new winter tires, I was pretty damn impressed with the service and professionalism. I appreciate the fact that Remo took his time to educate me regarding the science behind the tires and the differences between all weather and winter tires. I was visiting Niagara Falls from 7/26-7/29 for a short trip from Boston. We flew into Buffalo NY and rented a car from Hertz. Upon arrival in Ontario I noticed that my tire had a large gash. I then called the Hertz emergency line and informed them the employees did not complete a walk around of the vehicle with me prior to my departure in NY. The vehicle was unsafe to drive. After numerous hours on the phone with Hertz - it was determined that they were useless. I was told to contact a tire repair business in the area if I didn’t want to pay for a tow back to Buffalo.
After reaching out to Tire Port and speaking with Remo I felt so much better. The customer service and kindness he showed me immediately eased my burden. I drove the car 2 miles to his shop and intended on walking back but he insisted on dropping me. He repaired the car in a matter of hours, packaged up the unsafe tire with receipts for Hertz, and even dropped the vehicle back to me at my hotel. We ultimately lost 2 of the 4 days we paid Hertz for, but Remo made a terrible situation so much better.
I highly recommend Tire Port and especially Remo Manzo for all your automotive needs. The repair was very reasonably priced and the customer service was top notch.

I have bought several sets of snow tires and rims from his business always the best prices. The other day I bought a set of tires and rims for my daughter Remo was busy with a family event but his nephew Chris built and in stalled the tires in record time for me because my daughter had to go to work. I have been coming here for several years for safety’s and tuneups tires. A honest garage you feel safe to sending friends and family too.

After calling multiple shops for help, I finally got in touch with the Tire Port and I’m so glad I did! The Owner along with the rest of his team, are incredibly friendly and professional. Even with their busy schedule, they squeezed me in and were very reasonable. I will definitely be going here for all my future vehicle maintenance and servicing. I highly recommend!
