“I really appreciate Tony and Bill at Astro Mechanic for being honest, fair, and transparent—not just with pricing but with the entire service. They were upfront that they didn’t end up using all the oil they had estimated and ordered, which shows real integrity. Both Tony and Bill are knowledgeable, professional, and communicate clearly throughout the process, making sure you understand what’s going on with your vehicle.
They also recommended another mechanic for some additional work my pickup needed and took the time to personally communicate the truck’s issues with them, which I found very helpful.
While I personally didn’t click with the mechanic they recommended, that’s just my own preference and doesn’t reflect on Tony and Bill. From my experience, they are not like others—they treat everyone equally and with respect, regardless of race.
