To the employee last night who verbally assaulted me last night. I hope you read this. What you said to me was not professional and not appropriate.
What started out as a compliment towards my partner stating how gorgeous her hair is, progressed into the employee stating how her son loves red heads (colour of my partners hair) which then turned into the employee degrading my height by her stating “My son who is 6 foot 5 would have an argument with you.” In other words, “You are short and my son would “steal your girl” from you.”
This is disgusting behaviour from anyone let alone an employee from a business. This is not acceptable and not appropriate from a professional standpoint. I feel very humiliated and embarrassed from this employees comments and behaviour and I hope something is done about this situation.
Just me me buy my wine and leave. I sure will not be returning to the wine rack or their other locations.

Love these people been my home of my soul ever since covid started the only place that garented to be open and trusted ❤ employees are amazing always stop to help me even when I get there just minutes before closing don't know how they do it but never ever have i had a rude or bad experience with employees every single one who served me has been amazingly helpful and awesome ? they even let me bring in my dog Zeus and treat him like a king give him treats and rubs he gets so excited when I pull in ...Great on you ...be proud of job well done ...

Customer service was ok although not too fond of the guy/girl working here. If you wanna play dres-up, stay home and play dress-up. Also, limited stock to choose from over Christmas. Quick in and out. Faster than going to the liquor store.
