I recently visited to aldo store and had an unpleasant experience at the checkout. The employee serving me lacked basic customer service skills, showing no courtesy or politeness when interacting with me. This made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable in the store. It was disappointing, especially since Aldo is known for good service.
I believe it's important for your staff to be trained on how to properly
treat customers, as this is an essential part of the shopping experience. I hope that you take this feedback into consideration and address the situation to ensure better service in the future.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Aldo Shoes due to the customer service I received. The employee, Kingra, was extremely rude and arrogant, making me feel unwelcome. Instead of helping with my questions, she responded dismissively and seemed more interested in her own attitude than assisting customers. I left the store frustrated and will think twice before returning. Poor customer service can really overshadow a brand’s products.

ANTHONY was the best sales rep I’ve ever met, I went in for a pair of corporate heels and walked out with 4 other pairs! Had such a good experience! Ask for Anthony’s help if you’re in!

Very bad experience, I bought 3 items and wants fresh pieces similar to the displayed ones , they gave us about to similar but not the same , I got to know when I reached home that they deceive me . I need to travel again to change about 60 km , it was soo bad . Be careful while purchase and kindly recheck the fresh item .

Jerome and his team went above and beyond to make the experience shopping at Aldo at NOTL amazing! The store was incredibly busy and super clean!
They worked very well together and the flow of the store was 10/10
Jerome cashed us out and was so pleasant and sweet!

My new favorite shoe store!!! They don't only have great prices but Jerome (the manager) was so kind with a great personality, made sure I found the perect heels no matter how long it took :) Honestly I think went from a shopper to a shoe princess! They just knew what I was looking for and made sure it happened!

Been shopping there for so many times but last Saturday i went there with my 2 friends to get help about the laptop bag i bought from the store because the handle of the bag was going off , so i went to check if the staff can help me about defective laptop bag, One of the employee said i will help you first he asked for the receipt i showed him my email 4 times , and he said don’t be frustrated am trying to help you, he consider himself as manager and refused to give me his name , the tall skinny guy with some fancy jewelry and glasses , if he is a manager then probably this store needs a new manager who can’t figure out the simple thing and don’t know how the customer service works , after charging me out the difference he pressed the accessibility switch to open the door for me and pointed out me to go out from the store said good bye and am not giving you my name, it was worst experience of my life and am never going back to shop anything From ALDO ever again and any of my friends and family will not be continuing shopping from Aldo from Now onwards just because of that guy

I just went there and asked for the size, and The Guy told me to try the displayed piece as it was the same size.. i asked for the other foot but he told me to try same piece for both feet..! While i was trying, he said its tight and he don’t have any bigger size..! How come One piece can fit both feet and it was perfect in one side of foot for me..! After that i didn’t even want to stay there and just came out…! Felt so bad after this
