The employees that work in this location are not on professional at all but they are not very personable. They seem to be trained like robots but always seem to get me what I need. They seem to be stocked with a lot of parts.

I would not buy parts here , I bought a tie rod twice from them 1 lasted 6 months , the other 9 months , absolute junk .Also I find them not competitive with pricing , very expensive for parts.

I honestly am not sure where to begin. The staffs one job is to find the correct box and bring it up front. They charged me for the correct part but gave me the wrong part. So my trucks apart in a million pieces with a bad part. Okay I call them non in stock for the correct part I was already charged for best they can do is 2 days later. Luckily part source had what I needed at a cheaper rate and squared this away. Then it came to returning the incorrect part they gave me. We called and asked if we could return it to a different credit or debit card to which they said a debit card would be fine. So we drive there with a debit card to make the return and are told they cannot return to it to a debit card and specifically asked for a credit card to which we didn’t have access too. So I’m up an extra starter for a wrong truck. Out over 220$. Can clearly tell there is a reason this is a near minimum wage employer. Poor customer service, Don’t waste your time go to part source.(Edited next day)What you have replied is a blatant lie. If you had 5 left of shelf we would have just returned and replaced no problem. Instead you guys jerked us around told us the “quickest we can do is Tuesday” as for the part I purchased from part source it was also a Dixie Canadian made starter like yours just 20 bucks cheaper and the correct part. After I return the incorrect item there is zero percent chance of you retaining me or my families business.
