If I could give my experience a negative rating I would. After a fraud issue I received new debit and credited cards yesterday. You have to make an in person purchase using your pin to activate your cards. I need some cash and decided to go to the nearby Niagara OnThe Lake branch to get it, before doing other errands and activating the cards. The machine would not work, inactive card message, I had to try it. I go inside the branch and asked the one lady in there to do the cash withdrawal. I was met with a very snarky I can't do that comment and a brief conversation suggesting she can cancel my cards and reissue them, a very condescending "so you dont EVER buy anything in a store?" Finally after my asking what ID she needs to make the withdrawal she says my credit card.Hmm. This could have been a very polite conversation.My husband had to talk me down from closing my extensive BMO portfolio and switching to another bank. I will NEVER give this branch my business again. Unbelievable rude condescending attitude.

I walk into this branch, there are no tellers at their stations so I wait. Eventually a woman emerges, and says "Hi." No, "how can I help you today", nothing. So I just stand there and say "hi". and wait. But she just stared at me.If you work in customer service, and you don't like being friendly to customers, quit. There's no need to subject us all to your negative, toxic, energy.

Worst branch ever,olny one staff in station while 5 more clients are waiting. Take forever to do the business, I asked for a void check with pdf format and they told me they can not do it. So sad and so ridiculous. I have nothing to say no more, I am not going there no more. Really bad experience.

I am a single woman in my late 20s living in Niagara - on - the - lake renting. Every time I go into the BMO establishment in Niagara - on - the - lake I dread it. I am trying to do my banking and feel like an inconvenience. I opened up my account at this location, only to almost immediately want to go back to RBC. The hospitality by the tellers are dreadful, and if there is a wait more than 2 minutes Im almost felt to rush to accommodate the retirees behind me.
