We stopped in as a last stop before we left town and stayed for a good 30-40 mins with Ralph. His knowledge of cheese is unbelievable! We ordered a grilled cheese (which I highly recommend) and bought some cheese knives and cheese!! We will definitely be back! The prosciutto chips were also fantastic, highly highly recommend!

As a local, it’s hard to find a good time to visit NOTL due to how popular it is. We stopped in for some cheese and were shocked at the variety and quality of cheeses available. Ralph was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable! The 7-cheese grilled cheese was to die for and I would definitely come again :)
