I wish I could give this store no stars the customer service experience I received yesterday was by far the worst iv ever had. Those poor employees having to work under a manager like that. Being an office manager myself it truly disgust me that people like her have that title. I needed to make a return and yes 100% my fault, I had the receipt in my back pocket with my phone and must have fallen out. Policy being they can not return an item without a receipt for full price? Which ok is not her fault but very strange when an item is not on sale and was only purchased 2 weeks ago they make up a number so I was going to loose 45 dollars. I showed her the purchase on my phone on my bank statement to prove the purchase was at their store for the full amount with the date of purchase with the same card she said she didn’t have time to look into this and it would take a while I informed her I lived 2 hours away so I would wait. She had many employees but chose to continue to help out on cash to check out other customers then I seen her folding sweaters and made multiple trips to the back to avoid taking care of the customer asking for help (me) It was so bad that the young girl that was trying to help me looked so intimated to ask for her assistance. Someone like this should not be working in customer service let alone as a manager!! I do not usually do google reviews but I truly could not believe how I was being treated and how she put all her energy into being rude instead of wanting to help a customer and making the process that much longer and harder.

I was in the store lastnight and the 2 employees that were working just before close had said within earshot of myself after I had checked out that they quote "wish these people would just leave it's 8:58 and I have so many things to get done" . I found that was extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. As there were customers still within the store. I love this store however I will not come back if this is how they can disrespect their customers.

Great store, "Sale" items are a good deal. Quality clothes. You cannot beat their wear and comfort. GREAT deals on winter jackets (end of May visit).

Went to this store and it was completely empty. Walked in didn’t get any greeting or acknowledgment. I then was looking around meanwhile an employee was following me at a distance but would not help me or acknowledge me. I waited at the front to checkout and stood there for 5mins cus no one was attentive. After cashing out the front desk employee then decided to speak to me to only say have a nice day. Terrible customer service.

We were up in the Niagara Falls area on the Canada side and I have to say they had some pretty good sales and deals. Which are extremely competitive to the stores and Outlets in the states.

Nice styles, functional clothing that wear well, sales are good deals. I would have a hard time feeling good about. Uyi g at regular price though for the more popular items; but they're worth it.
