  My wife and I visited the Fossil store today, and both customer service experiences exceeded my expectations. Doug and Brennion were both engaging and very respectful in the way they spoke. I bought six watches from this store this month, just because of the excellent customer service. I hope that whenever I visit in the future, either Doug or Brennion will be there.

  I had the worst experience buying a watch online from Fossil. Before checking out, they promised timely delivery, but once I paid, the story completely changed. Their customer service is terrible, and the representatives don't know how to properly handle customer complaints.
  
  I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Fossil. They seem more focused on taking your money than actually caring about their customers.

  We have been purchasing watches from here since 2017. Their staff members are very good. One of their members Saki was very helpful. She helped us find right watches and suggested ideas for engraving. She put extra efforts for us.

  I visited Fossil two weeks ago for a battery change. The service was quick and professional. After the change, I noticed condensation in the watch, despite not exposing it to water or high humidity.
  
  Today, I returned to address the issue. A friendly associate initially helped and promised a fix within 30 minutes. When I came back, a rude female associate accused me of submerging the watch, despite my explanation. This experience has completely turned me off from this store.

  I had the most wonderful experience at the Fossil store in Niagara thanks to the amazing help from Kate. She provided exceptional assistance in helping me select a beautiful bag and watch as a surprise gift for my wife. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the shopping experience a delight. My wife was thrilled with her surprise, all thanks to Kate's outstanding customer service. I highly recommend visiting the Fossil store in Niagara for their fantastic products and top-notch service!

  When bringing in my watch to multiple watch stations prior, they all said that my watch couldn’t be fixed. Therefore, I finally travelled to the closest Fossil which was 45 minutes away. When I walked in the store it was neat and staff welcomed me in with smiles. I walked in with a problem hoping they could do something about it. My mother had gifted me this watch just before I left back home from Vietnam; I cherished this watch dearly. After about a year of usage, somehow the second hand in my watch had stopped working. I wasn’t sure what caused this, but I couldn’t seem to find somebody that could fix it. This amazing employee named Darren was very helpful. He informed me that my watch was still in warranty which I had forgotten was international and walked me through the options of what I could do. They gave me a QR code to fill out a form and send my watch to the repair factory. Darren was very kind and so was his manager! They were very patient with me and I left the store the store relieved and satisfied. After many weeks, I finally received my watch and it looks brand new! I’m so happy I drove all the way down to the NOTL Outlet Mall or else I’m not sure what I would’ve done with my watch.
