Leather coat marked at $89. Fit perfectly. Owner said it was marked incorrectly and was actually $239. After leaving the area several hours later decided I still wanted it. Phone number not in service. Almost all reviews found are poor. Customer complaints of merch defects or being taken advantage of. Unfortunate.

The owner was very helpful and informative. The items are from Spain, Greece, and other European countries. They're currently looking to convert the store to only women clothing, and are currently having a clearout sale.I was SO happy to find amazing quality leather shoes for my daughter's wedding, for an amazing price!

On March 7, 2020, I deposited $395.49 for a custom leather jacket for delivery before April 15, 2020. I wasted several hours making unanswered telephone calls, writing text messages, and visiting the store, but I get the run-around that the owner is in Greece and only he can issue refunds. The amount owing and the need for refund are not doubted.

Make sure you buy what you like, want to keep it, and there are no manufacture defects as they won’t really accommodate your requests to repair things. It will seem like they will, but they won’t. They might exchange an item if you come back to the store within 7 days, but do not submit anything for repair or exchange over the mail, because you will literally have to track them down for months to get your item back. They won’t return your calls, voicemails or emails. My jacket had a manufacture defect, I returned to the store for repair in person, was offered an exchange, didn’t like the exchange item because of a discoloured spot and asked for mine to be repaired and shipped. They said it wasn’t a problem. After a month with no notice I started making regular/daily calls to get the answers. I was ready to come to the store (150km away, and I would), but after many and many tries from my personal number, my very first private/hidden number (!) call was answered and all of a sudden my jacket was ready that same moment and was going to be shipped to me the next day. Only it wasn’t “my” jacket that I received a few days later in a box with no tissue, no plastic bag to protect the leather, nothing. It was the one with the discoloured spot. At that point I no longer wanted to deal with the two stores involved in Niagara (Niagara Falls Casino and Niagara on the Lake) and just kept the jacket. I’m sorry, but scammers much...

Do not but anything stuff at this store.Terrible customer service and totally scam business. I custom a jacket here on Nov 22, 2019. When I order this jacket, the manager Robert said this jacket will arrive at my place 4 weeks.I called this store the first time on Dec 30. Robert changed his word to 6 weeks because it is hand made in Montreal. Two week ago, he told that they mailed my jacket without providing tracking number. He said I can receive it in one week. But i still didn’t got it now.

I purchased a leather coat here and came home (several hours north) to find that the detachable hood was broken (the zipper). I contacted the store and they told me to send it via mail and they would either fix it or return it or give me a credit for an exchange. I mailed it within a week, but never heard back. Have been calling for months and no one returns my messages. Cannot think of when I have ever been treated so poorly as a customer. I lost over $400. :(
