Went there in the early evening after work to buy a pair of Levi’s jeans if they have the one that fits my body type which might look good in my 40s!
Never had a jeans in my life as it was never comfortable for me to wear, specially the hard jeans. So this time I thought of adding a pair of jeans, found out Levi’s are good and comfy that’s why I went there even though I don’t like store shopping specially you don’t want to deal with people who works there, and their poor treatment towards you judging on how you look and all…
So yes the girl whom I asked for help was super helpful, I did like one but since I was short the store dint have the length that I was looking for, prior to going inside the store I had gone through the Levi’s websites where they have the shortest length 27” long which I was looking for apart from how it fits on the waist. So I did found my waist size which was 27” and when I asked if it’s available online, which I knew it was available and it still shows for rib cage straight jeans ankle length with 27”. There was a small young girl who right away lied to me on my face , “Em unfortunately they don’t have it online, they are discontinuing this length” like was so confident without even checking them online by herself ?
So that I will cut the length of the jeans there and pay there and get stuck with a not good looking jeans after cutting them out and then not able to return in future!? Duh I am not taking that ..
anyway you shouldn’t have lied!!
So 3 stars for the girl who helped me. Thank you once again and I have ordered them online so it’s convenient for me to return if I dint like the length ?

Visited this store location looking for a specific item but they unfortunately did not have it. An associate named Ivan assisted me, he was so patient and full of talent. He suggested various items after observing my style and preferences. I felt astounded with the items I purchased that he helped me pick out, highly appreciated!

Worst shopping ever.
First, the first lady I spoke with at the counter was too busy doing her own stuff unmindful that I was standing there willing to make a purchase. Though she politely said she was busy, she could at least attended to my needs first as a paying customer before doing whatever she was doing which didn’t seem urgent to me.
Then I was asked to go to another counter only to be assisted by a lady who was borderline rude. I asked if the items I was getting were on sale and she said in a very maligning voice ‘No they’re not! You got them on the table so they are not on Sale!’ What’s with the attitude? I was just asking. And she continued telling me to get items from the rack? If I wanted items on sale. Then I told her ‘I have money to pay! I just asked if these are on Sale!
The 2 other ladies who assisted me when I was trying the pants on were helping and polite. Keep those 2, fire the other 2.

Very ignorant staff. The guy manning the change rooms looked like he'd rather have been anywhere else. Just miserable. Maybe get a new job? I wouldn't want someone working for me that looked so unhappy to be there. Super unprofessional and reflects poorly on the brand as a whole for me. The store was fine. Some ok deals. The woman that cashed us out was nice. We were there about 4pm on Sunday May 12, 2024.

Really good browsing and selection experience with Lucas who showed me the exact articles i needed. An excellent, warm and friendly attitude!
However, as I’m about to get my selection billed to head out, the lady at the counter gives me a look of befuddlement as i ask her the size of the shopping bag as if the question itself was inappropriate and stupid. That tiny incident ruined for me a 2 hour long shopping experience.
I don’t know the store’s screening criteria for new hires, but i think it could benefit from hiring more down-to-earth than “hip” customer facing staff. Else just hire robots for billing.

I tried to return a pair of jeans that I purchased 2 weeks ago the other day, and my experience was disappointing. Despite providing my email, I didn't receive a digital receipt and even checked by junk and spam. The staff acknowledged it's their practice to send an email copy, but the employee who cased me out 2 weeks ago probably forgot to do so. Now, I can't get a full refund due to the lack of a receipt, causing unnecessary frustration as I'm only left with unwanted store credit. Even if that employee 2 weeks ago accidentally forgot to send a copy, it's surprising that in this modern age of 2023, their POS systems lack the capability to easily retrieve transaction details, especially when I provided my email. Honestly seemed strange that they were able to see what I bought but couldn't pull up the date or method of transaction??? It's a bit baffling that a seemingly straightforward task has become such a hassle.
