Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. The outlet store sold me the wrong product and the Niagara store refused to do an exchange it for me. Very inconvenient and bad customer service from the store manager in Niagara. If this is the same company, why treat a customer like this? I will now spend $90 on the 407 due to bad management in Niagara. Your product is great but your customer service needs serious work.

Jennie is incredibly helpful and exceptionally nice to every customer. She went out of her way to help me find the items I was looking for and provided excellent recommendations. Her friendly and professional demeanor made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I always have a great time at the Niagara store, and it’s my favorite thanks to the wonderful staff like Jennie. March 3rd we visited the store and we received very good customer service from a young lady went beyond explaining to us every detail about the product and make sure we got what was the most suitable product for us

We came in for a $25 secret Santa gift.We ended up spending over $200!! Mia was so great and helpful explaining the different products and gift sets that we ended up buying stocking stuffers and a few more items for ourselves!
