Looking for youth runners that would accommodate custom made orthotic inserts/insoles. Young attentive fella, Dominic was fantastic assisting us. He was knowledgeable, asking various about our son's "style", if be specific use, comfort - performance - price range. Purchased a new pair and left satisfied. Recommend shopping here and asking for Dominic to serve/assist you. We will return for future shopping with you. Thanks again!

Amazing customer service; every single staff member helped us; relativity large clearance section as well as a lot of regular priced items; this is my 3rd time making a purchase at this location and the staff have always been wonderful.

Nice selection of top quality shoes but I couldn't find something I wanted. Staff were very friendly and helpful though. Maybe next time.

I felt so ignored in the store, there are like 3 associates around but non of them helped properly they just kept running behind a white customer who left the store buying nothing and me sitting there waiting for help didn’t get any help. I like the brand but associates should learn to value the customer.

The employee there was friendly and helpful. The lady (white and tall) was very helpful in terms of actually finding the sizes and width of the shoes I needed, without having to rush to do the job at all. She also loosened the ties of the shoes as well before giving them to me.After a long delay after searching through other shoe stores, I came back again to finally purchase the shoes. The lady made sure the shoes were priced as sale. The first pair that I was initially interested in ended up not being sale so she was happy enough to get the other pair of shoes I wore that were .I would recommend this store for people who have wide feet. I’ve worn New Balance since 2017 and still am because of the quality, comfort, and look of it!

Reasonable selection. Prices weren't great, but also not horrible. Worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for something New Balance. Not worth the trip if this is your only destination.

I just bought a pair of Fresh Foam running shoes on Saturday. The clearance section was an extra 40% off. When they have a sale it’s awesome. I also have WIDE feet and you can always get 2E and 4E at this location. The person at the register (about 2pm) was very helpful. Hope to see them again. If you like running this is the local store to visit!

I had a great experience shopping at the New Balance Factory outlet. They have a decent collection of products with some amazing discounts. I got a hoodie where apparels had an additional 40 percent discount on the price. The staff were friendly and helped me out knowing the sizes prices discounts as well as the fitting room.
