My husband and I were both completely impressed with Michelle and her associates customer service. Shopping is not my husbands idea of a good time lol, however Michelle made it a truly memorable experience. I agree with the previous reviewer, she brought back memories of what great customer service used to be. Her extensive knowledge of her products combined with her understanding of what we were looking for made our shopping trip worthwhile. If this were my business, I would have Michelle in charge of training for the entire company. Well done in hiring this young lady.

A wonderful store, great staff and management. They donated Skechers bags to our knit for need group, we knit blankets for the homeless. They were kind, courteous and happy to help this great cause. Thank you Skechers!

I can't say enough great things about my experience at Sketchers today. The staff are so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable -- you can absolutely trust their expertise and recommendations and Krista was absolutely fantastic. But beyond their product knowledge, Krista was very helpful explaining the difference of all the products and as a health care worker we found the perfect fit I needed. I am really happy with my recent shoe purchase, and can't wait to shop for my next pair.

I visited the store recently and had the best person helping me her name was Michelle. I was so impressed that this young lady brought back memories of what customer service values is all about!!
