Felt like as soon as I walked in the lady at the counter was having a bad day. I accidentally knocked over a small piece and she was quick to say "let me see it, you damaged it here here and here, you have to pay for it, it's $30." I don't know why she felt the need to be so rude, talking like I was going to run off. Accidents happen and if you don't want people touching your crystals, put up a sign, thanks.

Horrible experience! The Woman behind the desk insinuated that my 19 year Niece looked like she was going to steal something. We walked out, when did Niagara On The Lake become so rude?

Always a lovely experience with them at the CNE.. the man there (I think the owner) gave me an amazing price on a statement agate last year and I bought a couple crystals this year for under $20 which was a steal!!

I had a truly disappointing encounter with this establishment. The lady at the desk in charge demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for her. I was shocked by her unwillingness to assist or even listen to my concerns. This experience has left me with a sour taste and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this place if they value good customer service.

The Shiny Company carries lots of beautiful things. Recommend visiting it on downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Breaks my heart to give this place one star because I had previously had such great experiences with the kind gentleman who had worked here but this women’s energy…was something else. I tried to assume the best and thought she was new and that’s why she would answer “I don’t know” to everyone’s questions about the products but after reading some of the other reviews it seems she’s been here for awhile. I’ve worked at a crystal store before and I felt so bad for the customers who where just trying to acquire basic knowledge about what they wanted to purchase I debated jumping in and helping lol. When I went to check out she didn’t know the prices of anything and made me find them for her, which was fine but when I would tell her then she would question me, like maybe you should get up check for yourself then? If I knew she was this rude I wouldn’t have got anything but I was already at cash :/ A little kindness never hurt anyone, especially at a store that promotes wellness.

I purchased this Angelica stone and a sterling silver necklace to go with it yesterday. The staff were kind and the store had a great selection.
