Purchased a pair of office casual shoes on Sept 10 from them, in 2 months the shoe is falling apart, the bottom on both pairs are cracked. Called them, the phone is a fax number. finally found the number and called to get it them fixed, and the salesman says, they only have a 30 day warranty, but on website they have a 60 days if for any reason you are unhappy, they will refund no questions asked. The guy tell me, you have to contact the supplier of the shoe. To google them online, there is no company listed for the shoe line. Extremely, unprofessional for a very expensive pair of shoes.

Visited this location and went to pay for the shoes and was told they were 30$ more. Would not honor the price on the box . This was a discontinued shoe.The manager was totally rude and ignorant and was almost yelling. Stay clear of this store. Very unprofessional, I was never so insulted.

I took the chance of trying this store even though there was one negative review. This will be another negative review.3 associates were standing around at the cash register when I arrived. Not one acknowledged I had walked in.I was the only customer in the store at that time and the only thing that was keeping them busy was conversations about their social life and sharing pictures from their phones. Once in awhile another associate came from the back room but didn't stay to chat with them. After 10 minutes of being in the store I interrupted their social time and asked for some assistance.Long story short I went to another Walking on a Cloud store and purchased 2 pair of shoes there.Big mistake going to this outlet store and expecting customer service

The ladies here are fantastic. Although there was no music… made things slightly boring so I had to start singing… might have scared some customers off. Serious note. You NEEED MUSIC. Place is dull otherwise

Excellent experience. I shopped at this store twice. The first time, the person who was helping me was patient and attentive. I was looking for boots and there were some end of season sales. In the course of shopping, I had forgotten a purchase from another store there and couldn’t make it back for three weeks. From the call I had letting them know about it, to returning to pick up the purchase, I was treated with professionalism and excellent customer service. Definitely worth a visit when you’re in the area.

Prices are wrong on most items and they won’t honour it. Bad business practice! The manager will not offer anything to help correct the issue except a temper tantrum. Please stay away from this location at all costs.

The most disgusting treatment. They don’t honour pricing on the boxes. Had the ‘manager’ have a temper tantrum when called out for not honouring the price out on by the store. Very childish and unprofessional behaviour. Sat in shock while he flipped out about his four years in retail and how good he is. He swore at me and my disabled mother. Then flipped out more when called out for that trying to get the other staff to join in with him. Put call into supervisor with no response. Please shop anywhere else!

Could l get the OWNER of the store to speak to about customer service and pricing. Full retail price for old product? Beleive more traing and customer service is desprately needed.The old box was scanned for full retail price and sale tag removed you could see various holes. They just argued about schedules 3 girls in store, but didnt care or understand problem. Management is terrible more training is needed are you selling shoes and your are an Outlet with odds and ends.

My girlfriend and I went to walking in a cloud in Niagara. At the premium outlets. This was April/9/2022 @ 7:22pm that’s when we bought the shoes . Horrible horrible customer service. There was a East Asian lady working there and she never greeted us as we entered. She was at the desk said nothing to us. We checked out a lot of shoes. She wasn’t even at the front went to the back. And then my girlfriend asked her if she had a different grey pair of shoes. All she said was (whatever is on the floor) didn’t even bother to help us fine shoes. And we found it after our selves. Sorry the worst customer service I have experienced in a retail store. This is ridiculous. I will not shop there anymore. Customer service is part of retail, if you don’t like dealing with people pick a different job.

I purchased a pare of shoes in this location. It turned out that one shoe is leaking. I spent 2 weeks visiting them almost every day, trying to return damages shoes back. Finally they’d took shoes for the “”expertise “ and they can’t say how long it take. Finally I have no shoes and no money. Stay away from them!
