I was having such a lovely day in NOTL until visiting this place. I visited the Monastery Cellars yesterday and had a wonderful time, so I decided to visit here to try more icewine today (for $20). The lady recommended the Riesling, Oak Aged Vidal, and Cab Franc and I immediately balked at the oak aged because I tend to hate oak aged wines (much of why I can’t stand Chardonnay). She told me it was sweet and went ahead with the pours. Y’all - it was absolutely disgusting. My guy felt bad about how much I hated it and asked if we could switch out that pour - and, not surprisingly, the answer was no. And then, to top it off, when I tried the Cab Franc and thought it was pretty good…she had to snidely comment that it was oak aged too. Lady - you work in a wine shop in an area with something like 30 wineries - why would you *try* to irritate customers?? I’ve been to dozens of wine tastings before and there’s just no place for that attitude. In short, add a shop full of fruit flies to an attitude that makes you sorry you visited and you’ll be happier doing your wine tastings anywhere else in NOTL.

The store is very nice, you can find a wide variety of things. I read that they offered a small icewine tasting but the reality is that they don't anymore.

Great local liquor store! The lady was very friendly and she gave us great recommendations for ice wine and sparkling wine! There are great selections of everything which is good. They also offer ice wine tasting for $20 which is very interesting. We will come back to try it during the next visit.The price of the bottles is higher than we expected but I guess it’s standard here.

Stopped in for a quick ice wine tasting (3 for $20) with a group of 6 during our Niagara Falls day tour. Staff was friendly and attentive. Our pourer was knowledgeable of the wines and guided us through the tasting. They had lots of wine options for purchase as well as gifts. Nice little stop - we enjoyed it.

Nice quaint store on the main shopping strip. Very quiet inside and noone asked if we needed assistance. I think one gentleman was headed our way where the wine tasting section is.

Fantastic service by the ladies working here. Great recommendations, friendly attitude, a pleasant experience all around. The money we did not spend at the fancier winery's was happily spent at this store. Definately a return trip in the future. Great work !!
