Can’t withdraw funds again at the Nipigon RBC ATM. When will the get this fixed. Always either out of paper to print receipts or out of funds to withdraw our own funds. Very very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, from Front desk to manager. No one wants to work at all. First time I saw a Very rude and arrogant behaviour by the customer service people. This branch must be shut down because they are just counting their hours for pay.

They screwed up our mortgage renewal 3 times resulting in significantly higher rates. Admitted to losing the documents 2 of the three times and would not fix their mistake. May seem convenient to use bank in your home town but don’t. Go to Thunder Bay instead or will cost you thousands in their mistakes
