“Got my mattress here, about a year ago I think, and have to say the woman working there is a godsend. I have BAD back pain and in the first few weeks of getting the mattress it felt the same if not worse! I learned this is because of years of having a bad mattress my body adjusted to it. New good mattress will force your spine back to good posture. Hurts but damn worth it. I sleep like a king now in my bed and don't wake up as sore as I once did. I will never be not sore, but this bed helped a ton!!!”

“I have never been to their store and my main communication with the staff is via the web chat feature on their website so my review is primarily based on this experience. I purchased the Flex storage sofa from them and I really love it It’s more compact than my older sofa but it really worked well for my space! The main reason I opted for this one is the extra storage at the bottom and the ability for me to order another cover in the future.I was actually sick during the whole purchasing process and my voice was not the best so I opted to use the web chat because I had questions about the product prior to purchasing. Kevin and the team answered back quickly and they even sent me pictures because the different colours were not available on their website. Even after purchase and prior to delivery, I had follow-up questions and they always responded quickly which I really appreciate.I actually had to push delivery back a couple of times because I was still trying to get rid of my old sofa and they were easy to deal with via text and/or email.All in all, I had a good experience here and will definitely shop here again. The sofa looks well made and of good quality. Super happy with my purchase.”

On time delivery (please don’t blame them if their courier screws up).Recently I sent them an inquiry thru their Facebook page about a 600V wire that I’d like to buy. It was after hours and my intention is just to leave them a message so they can read it the following business day. After 5 minutes, to my surprise somebody replied and answered my question, and they catered all my other inquiries. The following day I placed the order for the wire and some other stuffs.They’re mint and legit to deal with. Will buy from them again for our electrical needs for our shop. 10 stars indeed! ?”

We had Bill Edwards as our rep he was awesome not pushy whatsoever.He just move this around the showroom trying different mattresses explaining what the differences were it’s always nice when a sales person knows their products. He was very knowledgeable, and when we made observations or comments about the comfort of a given mattress, he said, OK let’s try this one, and that would improve our experience. “Came to Ikea for their half price Swedish entree's on Thursdays. I believe they're running this promo until August 2024, but not fully sure. Got both the Swedish meatballs meal and the fish and chips meal. For the price amazing. Swedish meatballs honestly tasted really good, and with the mashed potatoes and jam/jelly, Unbelievable combo. Fish and Chips were basically like frozen fish and chips but for $4.50 I cannot complain. I would definitely come back on a Thursday again to get food. I will say, it is very busy, imitates a massive food hall, so beware of that.”
