I never had a bad experience until recently Very rude when something goes on sale and your not returning your just exchanging the size they expect you to pay them Back 2 dollars but if I bought when it wasn’t on sale and then it went on sale they still wouldn’t give it back to me either so why should I give them the 2 dollars when it’s paid for already

This location is always fully stocked and clean! I thank the staff from the bottom of heart for giving me a complimentary bath for my rescue dog. Meant the world to me! The service I experience at this store every time never goes unnoticed! THANK YOU!

Today, (Sunday, March 3rd), we took our 13 year old Labernese for a hike, and he got quite muddy. We called around for a few Pet Valus to see if we could give him a bath. We called Pet Valu in Nobleton, and Rachel told us to bring him by. She fell in love with our old boy immediately. He seemed more shaky and nervous about his bath than usual, but Rachel brought him liver treats, calmed him down, set us up with the yummiest smelling shampoos, and clean towels. When we were all finished, with a clean, happy dog, we went to check out. With a beautiful smile, Rachel exclaimed " this one is on us!". Incredible. There is a reason she gets five stars. I promise we will be back, Rachel. If for any other reason to tell your co-owner mom Charanne, that she has an amazing daughter. Thanks again, Rachel! We will be back again soon for our food and dog supplies! Five stars!

All Pet Valu’s cary the same products, HOWEVER…… Nobleton Pet Valu adds an amazing personal touch that is unmatched anywhere. Rachel, Charanne and all the people I’ve met that work there take customer service to a gold standard level. Between their knowledge and genuine care for their customers and fur babies, they are genuinely good hearted and honest people. It’s a pleasure supporting their business. This is not only my absolute favourite pet store but it’s my absolute favourite location (nobleton). I’ve been to so many and this location is the cleanest, it’s always stocked with everything I’m looking for and the staff is TOPPP NOTCH. They’re all so friendly, approachable, informative and helpful. Even my floof came once and everyone showed him so much love. Absolute best!!!

This is by far the best Pet Valu I have ever been to. Rachel and the team have helped me tremendously with my puppy. I was really stressed when my puppy developed a phobia/resistance to the car (we travel a lot) and she recommended calming treats and a car hammock that helped calm him and make him feel safe. This PetValu carries his favourite brand of Bully Sticks so we always make sure to stock up. Customer service and attentiveness is amazing at this star. Thank you.

I absolutely LOVE going to this PetValu! I’ve been going here since I got my pup!! I now look at you as part of my family! The energy inside is so warm and amazing!! The minute you walk inside you are greeted in the most welcoming way! My pup loves going with me! He gets all the pets and even some treats!! Every time I go there I always leave with what I am looking for and more! A special shout out to Rachel, Charanne and Frank!! You three are amazing!! I can’t thank you enough for all that you do! My sweet Bugz loves seeing you when we come!! You’re always there to answer my questions and recommend different products and ideas! Thank you so much for being such an amazing store!
