“If I could give 10 stars I would! My experience yesterday with Mark was nothing but exceptional! Mark took the time to help my daughter and I find a bed that would be suitable for her. We spend maybe 10 minutes there the first time we went in as my daughter was all over the place. We ended up coming back an hour later with Grandma so I could take a better look at the option Mark had showed me. Mark was so understanding and made conversation with my daughter who has special needs. He went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure she was comfortable in the store! He also gave her a cute little lion which she absolutely loves! We also purchased a bed set and was able to pick up same day! I cannot say thank you enough to Mark for the kindness and compassion he expressed to my daughter, mom and myself during our visit! That means the world to us! Thank you!”
“I have had nothing but good things to say about Ashley. I've dealt with the North Bay store and the Sudbury store both. Excellent service and response. Absolutely would recommend these stores.”

“We bought the stratus no bones automatic adjustment seats couch. Trevor and Jacob did an excellent job bringing in the couch and putting it together. They were respectful and helpful and provided amazing customer service. The product is wonderful, exactly what we wanted. Definitely would recommend using the north bay Brick again. Thanks so much. 10/10.”
