Jeremy was incredibly helpful when I was visiting from out of town and my car broke down. He and his team were very friendly, efficient, and the prices were also very fair. They did everything possible to make sure I was able to go home on time, and they delivered!! I highly recommend this location!”

“I came to See More Graphics and Signs with a few different ideas in mind. Marc took the time to discuss options, show me samples of materials and most of all, let me know that their team could make the idea in my head, come to life.
Despite the number of customers they have, they took the time and made me feel important. Ultimately, they really went above and beyond right from the start.
The design process was enjoyable and their graphic artist was very talented. She made small changes to tweak her initial design into exactly what I was looking for and her responses were extremely quick. I would recommend See More Graphics and Signs to anyone I talk to moving forward no matter the job, big or small. What a great experience it has been with this entire team!!!”

“100% recommend to anyone looking for a reliable car shop with the best customer service and experience. My car broke down in the middle of a very long road trip and we ended up in North Bay where we are not originally from. We frantically called every car shop to get in asap so we could continue to our destination. We had called atleast 10 different shops and got rudely told they were too busy. Just as we were loosing hope we called trout lake auto. We were informed that they were just as busy as everyone else in town, however they were willing to squeeze us in to take a look! They assessed the issue with my car and had it fixed within 30 minutes.Not only has my car been running great since, but the act of kindness brings their service to a whole other level. “I have received a call back from Kevin (owner) regarding the attitude I got from Colin regarding the use of customer provided parts. Kevin reassured me he will honor my request for OEM Toyota parts, without charging more than I would pay if I bought them myself. He explained that he would then be able to warranty them.
Unfortunately Colin charged me extra on the labour for the CVT fluid to make up for the money lost on the parts. An extra half hour.
He's sly, but my wife figured it out.”

“Mario’s is excellent. You should go here!I first went to another shop in North Bay and I had to have some work done by insurance and the work was shoddy!. The delay was also extreme. I had pieces of my truck popping off within six months of that auto bodywork being done. With Mario’s, it was excellent work with a very short round. they helped me order cheaper as requested. They took me through the breakdown and it was very affordable. They also took care of one small issue free of charge as they are amazing! You should go with them you will not be disappointed.”
“They were great. Heading north we had a blow of a trailer tire. They were fast and replaced 3 old tires (1 new that blew out near Orillia on the same trip), and courteous. “I had to come back and write this because my vehicle purchase from Parolin’s was next level. Had a Volvo years ago and had it serviced at Parolin’s, never had any issues with the service. Flash forward several years & I was looking for a specific older vehicle that is somewhat rare & difficult to find in good condition, Parolin’s just happened to have it. Communication was excellent over email as my phone availability was sporadic at best. I also had a list of maintenance items and upgrades I wanted done & Parolins completed every single thing I requested without any complaints or judgement. “I came to OK Tire looking for new tires for my small truck. I really wasn't sure which brand or tread type to go with but Dillon took time to explain the pros and cons to me and helped me with my selection. I made an appointment explaining that I was travelling a distance to get them done and hoping it be quick and on time. It was! Dillon was great to deal with..and a guy who really knows cars in general and tires specifically. I hope these tires last a long time, but I know where I will go to replace them, when the time comes!”
