I like that the guy recognizes me and makes the whole process rather simple. Most of the crew is from shoppers and as a result I don't have many issues here. Bring my mail. Drop it off they scan it. I get my receipt. It's never complicated

Local staff are excellent.
Have had disappointing lack of delivery across Canada including returned Christmas cards 4 months later.

Service is efficient enough. The one young lady who is always there when I go could use some customer service training. She is not friendly and I’ve never seen her smile.
