“Above and beyond. We booked a car for a cross country trip. Before leaving I noticed a sound. I called and within 20 min they had me in a new vehicle which coincidently was a free upgrade since they didn’t have any similar models on hand. They were friendly, communicated exceptionally and were very easy to work with. Our trip went off without a hitch. At drop off, the staff member remembered me and the trip I was taking. Asked questions and overall just made the experience awesome. This was a trip of a lifetime planned with my son and it was as smooth as it could be bc of all the accommodations made (different vehicle, later drop off, earlier pick up etc). Will 100% use them again!”

These people went the extra mile to try and find my senior father a ride home to Powassan, after he was denied a confirmed car reservation at Enterprise, and kicked out onto the street during a snowstorm late on a Friday afternoon. They were not going to make any money off of him, because they had nothing to rent him. They were even calling their friends to see if anyone could drive him home! I can't say enough good things!!!”
