“Seen some reviews on here saying the Urban Planet in North Bay has bad customer service and I beg to differ! My son and I had a great experience there today at the NB location. We interacted with two different employees and they were friendly and willing to help. The store did not have the item(s) we were looking for unfortunately but I'm still glad we checked it out as there is stuff there I may need in the future. Furthermore we got much better service at Urban Planet then we did at the big corporate store "Hellmart" just down the parking.”

“What a quaint place!
The clothing boutique has many little ‘treasures’ along with jewellery, housewares, footwear, sunglasses etc. oh and I especially like the surprise bento boxes (like the yester years where one could find @ Ardene).
The way that this place is organized, set up, cleanly and well managed makes it a very nice experience. You can tell much goes into the carefulness of this thriving small business.
The value is there and within budget too!
Byron and Lola work very hard to keep this place top notch.
It’s a must see especially with the addition in the back plus the $5 shed! What can you buy to treat yourself for $5.00 these days?! ?
