Worst Service. I have my car which schedule for estimate at fix auto and they promised that they will send the repair date and estimate in 3 business days but they took 3 weeks to give me the repair date and estimate. I got scheduled for 5 days of repair but told it will delay to 7 days. Then after the giving fake makes that they are working on my car. The repair is done. Recalibration left but they didn’t do anything. As i see my vehicle door, windows, maintenance alert and gps they didn’t move my vehicle to toyota for recalibration. They just giving me fake mail. I around 14 days to go but still they don’t give any time that my vehicle done. This is worst service i ever found giving fake mails and increasing my claim from insurance and i have to pay for it.

Always a great experience from the Fix Auto team. From the wonderful front office to the back office. I have always appreciated the kind, professional and personalized service. When it comes to the work, top notch. I have had Three vehicles addressed over the last little bit and every time I am very impressed. And to be honest, it’s not that easy to impress me.

My experience with this body shop has been nothing but frustrating. When showing up to the shop for an estimate i was told that i would receive an email within a few days and never received it. It then took over a month for the shop to reply and send the estimate details to my insurance company. Once that was done the shop suddenly decided to not take my vehicle for repairs. I wish that they would have told me they couldn't take it in when i went for an estimate instead of 1 month later. This is frustrating as i just wanted to get my vehicle fixed and the wait has completely delayed the process of reparation.

Extremely happy with FixAuto. Yes, there was a wait to get my truck in to have the repairs done but it was definitely worth it. I had a couple concerns after my truck was completed and the office staff, the painter and the crew went above and beyond. I can not say how very happy I am with the results. Great Job! Thank you!

I ended up here due to my insurance company directing me to this location. Front desk staff are amazing! However, the work done, has been nothing but a headache. My car has had a rattle that no one can find the cause for. The work that was done, keeps coming off and I have been back to have repair the repair 4 times now to only be accused of the car hitting something by the manager which he has said is causing the issues. The car isn't driven very much, and has never hit or been hit since the original accident. It just plain sucks and the manager just shrugged and said bring it back if it happens again which sadly already is. I do not know about anyone else, why would I want to come back a 5th time to fix the same problem. It seems the manager does not think my time is of any value. I would go some where else I am sad to say.

Ivana’s my Tucson was peeling! Even though I have an extended warranty, Hyundai Canada wouldn’t come clean.
I took her to Fix Auto which is part of True North on Seymour and I can testify that I’ll never go anywhere else.
The staff was courteous and assured me that I was in good hands.
Seeing the before and after you’d understand.
Ivana looks like the day I took her fresh off the lot.

I finally went and got my tires switched over, while I was doing that I had mentioned to Rick at the service desk in bay 1 at True North that I had dog claw scratches on my driver door and asked if he could recommend anyone to fix it.Rick said just drive around the building to Fix Auto. See what they can do , you may need to make an appointment. I thanked Rick and drove around the side of the building.From the moment I walked into this business I was treated very professionally. The woman at the front desk took down my information. I'm sorry to say I forgot her name. Then within minutes she had one of their techs out looking at my truck door. He went back in , came back out and buffed my driver side door within minutes the scratches were gone.The young man who did his magic on my truck was Alexander.Thank you Alexander, you made my day.Kudos to everyone at Fix Auto.I will definitely recommend your shop to anyone looking for vehicle repair.5 out of 5

I was set up with Fix Auto by my insurance after a collision Thanksgiving weekend. Thought it took some time to actually get my car in, they scheduled me in for a date quickly. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was so friendly, when they received the wrong bumper for my car, they called and gave me an update. I picked my car up today and I am so happy! Not only did they do the repairs, they also took car of my check engine light that's been on for a while lol and detailed it so well, I initially thought I got in the wrong car. I've used fix auto three times to date, twice for an older RVR and recently for a newer Tesla Model Y. The quality of work they perform has always been great. The PPF they re-applied to my tesla was done much better than the decal shop. (prior to the body damage).Sometimes the communication isn't necessarily great and as others have noted, the turnover of some reps can cause confusion or a lag in proper communication.But strictly from a quality of work standpoint, 5/5 worth it.Services: Painting

Trying to deal with Fix Auto North Bay has been the worst customer service experience. I have been attempting to get a rust spot fixed through warranty at Fix Auto for a year and a half -- each time I was given the run around and they blamed the warranty company for delays, meanwhile Fix Auto had never sent off the estimate. When I called to file a complaint and inquire into the run-around, both the front staff as well as the manager, Tony, were incredibly rude, sarcastic and demeaning. The manager did not let me finish sharing the accounts of my experience; he just kept saying he would look into it and that I have no idea what goes on at / how busy a collision centre is. Apparently each staff member that I had dealt with conveniently no longer work there. I would strongly advise others to seek service elsewhere.
