Jeff & Tanis' No Frills is a well-stocked grocery store close to the school campus with a convenient bus stop. It is a cheap and clean shopping area with lots of nice and friendly staff, including several longterm employees. The store offers price matching for the best prices. While generally a go-to store, some note it can be less stocked on weekend mornings. Service is appreciated, with staff readily helping at self-checkouts and retrieving items from the back. The addition of self-service checkouts has also reduced lineups.
The owner clearly cares as you see him being part of the team stocking or checking how your doing. Great place to shop.

Very nice store, however some deep thinker in charge thought it was a good idea to make the cashiers harass old people for ID when buying beer. For the sake of The Children, one surmises. If you came of age in the 20th Century and it shows, avoid the humiliation ritual and buy your adult beverages any place else.
