“A response to the previous review: you were dealt with kindness & patience despite entering the store at two minutes to close. Your air of expectation and privilege speaks to how you feel about service workers. Tossing out claims of racism is not only low hanging fruit, but an outright fabrication. This store is always open until its posted hours which is more than can be said for many private businesses. Respecting other people's time would be a good start to displaying empathy and understanding. Your long drive from Brampton to North Bay is not an excuse to be rude to others. Come on down off of your high horse; you'll find that people are friendly and helpful.”
“The staff at this location operate like a well oiled machine! I went in on new years eve and even though the line was insanely long, the wait was actually short! Bc those cashiers were ringing customers through so quickly and efficiently... my cashier had me scanned and bagged before I could even get my card out! Great job!! ???”

“Was good until the guy ahead of me wanted 10 cans of beer, pay for 5 at a time, with separate receipts. The new guy had a hard time figuring that out and the wait was about 10 minutes. Didn't help that the guy was paying with change.”

“My wife and I made cider here and had a great experience. Lots of options, the owner helped us tweak the process to get a sweeter final product, and was very clear about the cost and labour involved.
We'll be back to make some wine.”
