“A response to the previous review: you were dealt with kindness & patience despite entering the store at two minutes to close. Your air of expectation and privilege speaks to how you feel about service workers. Tossing out claims of racism is not only low hanging fruit, but an outright fabrication. This store is always open until its posted hours which is more than can be said for many private businesses. Respecting other people's time would be a good start to displaying empathy and understanding. Your long drive from Brampton to North Bay is not an excuse to be rude to others. Come on down off of your high horse; you'll find that people are friendly and helpful.”
“Very well stocked and the employees know where everything is and very helpful and polite I was in north bay for a graduation and was short on time I wanted some supplies for in the hotel room after the graduation ceremony that y I say they were polite and very knowledgeable of their store and their products in it .”
“Was good until the guy ahead of me wanted 10 cans of beer, pay for 5 at a time, with separate receipts. The new guy had a hard time figuring that out and the wait was about 10 minutes. Didn't help that the guy was paying with change.”

“My wife and I made cider here and had a great experience. Lots of options, the owner helped us tweak the process to get a sweeter final product, and was very clear about the cost and labour involved.
We'll be back to make some wine.”
