Prices for the work wear are over priced for how terrible the quality is... The steel toes dont last a few months, the Dakota jackets dont last ether... absolutely terrible.

I had a problem making my purchase online ~ I called our local Mark's (in North Bay, ON)& spoke with the nicest woman, her name is Dale. She was kind enough to jot down my items (it was only a few things) and gathered them up for me to go in & pay for them! I was planning free pick up at the store anyway!
I am unable to get out & shop for myself this year & that was such a kind thing for Dale to do.

Great selection of good quality clothing, shoes, boots and everything in between. Even though we never did find me a hunting boot exactly like i wanted, the guy serving me worked so hard to try to find me a pair of boots that i really liked, that i felt sorry, even guilty for not buying some. He really went all out. Wish i had his name, because he is a really great employee. Ill be back.

I experienced excellent customer service at this location. Ryan was very helpful in helping me find work boots. When the pair I liked was out of stock in my size, he went above and beyond to get a pair transferred over from a nearby store! Needless to say, I was impressed with the service I received!

I went shopping with my son so he could spruce up his wardrobe. He exhausted me but we had a truly positive experience. The sales were out of this world and even though he spent a fair amount the sales and discounts were amazing. Even at the end of our shopping we were given additional discounts at the checkout saving him a large portion. Truly positive experience and the staff are kind, friendly, respectful and interact very well with one another which is a great look for the store.

My spouse bought two pairs of boots on May 29th and Sheltie helped us out. She is such a nice and helpful employee. As well, she helped rectify a situation whereby another employee made an error ordering boots for my spouse. She deserves to be a manager because she went out of her way to help us. Excellent customer service.

I have been in Mark's a few times while in North Bay and I have to say the store is clean and well stocked, the staff are very helpful, with one exception this visit, one lady on the cash was not very friendly, no please, no thank you, perhaps she should not be dealing with customers direct. Haveing side that I was looking for a Timberland wallet which I had seen on line, but could not find it in the store, there was a young guy and one called Chris who searched the store room and also some cupboards by the cash to find the wallets. On my second visit another lady on the cash, was great and very helpful. I will certainly be using this store again, and would recommend it to our shoppers.
