“I recently switched my phone plan at this location after feeling I was getting gipped at my other provider. The employee at this Rogers, I believe her name was Meagan, was very friendly and super helpful with the switch over. It was fast and efficient and overall just a good experience. She also accidentally told me the wrong amount for something, which was a very very minor detail, but was quick to reach out to me to correct what she had said, which I think really speaks to the integrity of this location. Overall, I would go back to this store anyday for any of my cell phone plan needs.”
