“I went into TELUS and was greeted right away by Drew and Ryan. Drew needed up being the one to serve me. I was considering switching from Apple to Samsung. Drew was very patient, knowledgeable (educated on all products) and friendly. He gave me the low down on the pros and cons of switching from Apple to Samsung. Even though the store was closing shortly he took his time explaining, and answering all my questions about the phones I was inquiring about. “I recently changed from Virgin to Fido and there was a discrepancy in the activation fee. I did this through Best Buy and was sent to Fido to have it straightened out. The older gentleman at Fido was great. There was no nonsense, and he helped me in Best Buy to get the problem rectified. Very professional, very helpful. 5 stars all around.”

“My aunt went to get her phone screen fixed and they accidentally messed it up and the battery wouldnt show at all, it kept saying the phone was at 0%.They not only tried to fix the phone but when they couldnt they made it right and got her a new phone.Awesome people and they were completely honest with us. They may have messed up by accident but they made it right ???(it was a Moto G 5G 2023)”
