“I recently switched my phone plan at this location after feeling I was getting gipped at my other provider. The employee at this Rogers, I believe her name was Meagan, was very friendly and super helpful with the switch over. It was fast and efficient and overall just a good experience. She also accidentally told me the wrong amount for something, which was a very very minor detail, but was quick to reach out to me to correct what she had said, which I think really speaks to the integrity of this location. Overall, I would go back to this store anyday for any of my cell phone plan needs.”
“My aunt went to get her phone screen fixed and they accidentally messed it up and the battery wouldnt show at all, it kept saying the phone was at 0%.They not only tried to fix the phone but when they couldnt they made it right and got her a new phone.Awesome people and they were completely honest with us. They may have messed up by accident but they made it right ???(it was a Moto G 5G 2023)”

The older gentleman at Fido was great. There was no nonsense, and he helped me in Best Buy to get the problem rectified. Very professional, very helpful. 5 stars all around.”
