I've had their internet service for years now and they have been great. We have satellite internet and their speeds have been excellent. They recently upgraded equipment and dropped their pricing so we now have more for less!! Their customer service department is quick to respond if I have had any questions or any issues (which is very rare) and they are very friendly and easy to talk with. Not once have they ever talked over my head with technical language when helping. Great company to deal with.

Terrible service, both internet service wise and customer service wise. We were told it wouldn’t get better then netspectrum because there is a tower behind our house. We ended up having to pay for satellite internet because I work from home and netspectrum consistently wasn’t working. They did not meet the obligations of the contract and when I filed a complaint, they ignored the complaints department for months. We’re on month 4 now of dealing with this. I also found out they lied to the complaints department citing I had not been in contact with them. Keep your emails and phone records people! Better yet- don’t bother with this company. Save your sanity.

Was not happy with wireless internet services, was up and down many times.Tech came out promptly to repair/trouble shoot, but issues still kept coming up.We were the only tenants in our 4 plex when we requested the services, but were never advised that when a new tenant moved in they would be running their internet services from our dish. When we ordered the services the sales person told us several times there was no contract and we could cancel if the service didn't meet our needs. We did cancel and were charged 6 months for canceling contract early. Asked them to check the sales recording and was told it didn't matter what they said, I signed the install request that said if I canceled early there was a fee. Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever, will never use Net-Specturm for any internet service again. Steer clear of this company!

UPDATE: - They have since contacted me and resolved the issue.We have been waiting for install of fibre at our house for a few years now! Covid delayed the install...but this summer I received an application to have it installed. I completed it and sent it back (approx June). At the beginning of Sept we noticed our neighbour having it installed. So, eagerly, I called to find out when ours would be installed. I was told the application was never received. To my frustration, I submitted another application (this time received, I waited on the phone to get confirmation) and was told I would be put on the list. I noticed more neighbours having the service installed and asked, again in the middle of September, and was told there was no ETA. I was not allowed to talk to anyone that could give me a straight answer. Up until this point, their service was decent. I am not sure what has happened, but the customer service has become a place with no answers and not much care. It is now the end of October and I was told that "maybe next year" it would be installed. I am frustrated, but handcuffed, as they are the only, somewhat reliable, provider in my area. My order is in for the service from outer-space...so we will see if that will come before the fibre...Netspectrum...can someone call me who can answer questions...please!Update: They have since contacted me and resolved the issue

We have been with Netspectrum for quite awhile now. I can honestly say that whenever we have issues, they work hard to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. The customer service representatives have always been pleasant and are knowledgeable. I have never dealt with a business that regularly checks back to see if your issues have been resolved.

I just became a customer in January 2022, for the whole time I was with them my internet cut out or didn't load on half my devices, they switched routers, made excuses and refused to fix the issue, I had a long wait time and they hung up several times on me when I did get someone and I told them it wasn't over and over it wasn't from my end. There was not a single verbal abuse or intent and i have mental health as well which they discriminated against right after I told them. Needless to say when I went to make a complaint they cut my services completely do not get services from them they aren't very good and don't have many customers for that reason.

Absolutely horrible customer service, super arrogant, not nice, not helpful whatsoever and doesn't offer any fixes for their bad internet connection. WARNING Stay away from this company they do not care one bit about their customers

My wife had internet with them it was so slow and cut out all the time and she had 300mbs she called frustrated wasn't rude or verbally abusive just a frustrated tone and they cut her services rather than fix their issues, they have long wait times and hang up often, then punish the customer when they call back to make a complaint do not go here do not order ur services here

Worst customer service I've ever seen with any type of service provider.. not one month I was with them did a payment successfully go through even if funds were in my account proved myself on several ocassions and was charged nsf fees every month for there problem... I was only honored a refund 2 times and was never aloud to speak to a supervisor most unpleasant experience I have ever had with an internet provider... Service rep would always double triple check my card info but not help with anything other than the actual payment and was left to pay an extra 35 dollars every month wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy would give -5 stars if possible...

I am fed up with paying for the most expensive rural package and not even receiving a tiny portion of what were paying for. My speeds should be 10mbps download and 2mbps upload and were seeing only a tiny bit of that

Moved back to North Bay not too long ago. So glad I found Netspectrum. Great customer service and the price is right!
