“I have been to this pharmacy for a long time, and I can 100% say this is the absolute most caring, friendly, professional, great since of humor group of people I've ever met. There's a pharmacy, and a Suboxone clinic, as well as an actual drop in clinic inside also, it's so ccnvient, and fast paced you'll get everything you need at once! If you need a new perscription, or to visit a walk in clinic that's a max 15 min wait time, or you want to start battling your addiction, then this is the place to go. !!!!!!!!!!!”

He always helps me understand over and over gain even if I've asked him Three or four time in the past I can see he has no hesitation and just simply reminds me of all the side effects and to look out for with all the medical stuff I need to know. Thank you for you awesome patience. Especially with me. ? Great staff as well. And lovely decorations every holiday they have it all all done up. And it's nice to see especially since we don't do that at home anymore it's kinda sad. So I love to see it when I go into Kal's pharmacy, his wife does such a good job. I wish she could come and do my place lol .??”

“I transferred my prescriptions here six months ago after several blunders by former Pharmacy, for which no explanations were given and no apologies made.
So far, so good. The Pharmacists and staff here are pleasant, knowledgeable, and they take time to answer questions even for OTC meds. Plenty of free parking and if there is a wait time, you can even shop for groceries.
UPDATE: Ah, decided to transfer to another Pharmacy that was handling DNA for clients and as I thought that would be of benefit to me having medication problems in the past, changed to that Pharmacy ; however, while with Loblaw Pharmacy was quite happy with service, Thankyou”
“I dont want to give a 5 star because I dont want too many people to come here but i must. The staff is very nice but the pharmacist that helped me was amazing. I couldn't afford my medication so the pharmacist spent 15 minutes on her computer going through all the possible options. She found a similar medication that was significantly cheaper. I am grateful she put in the effort to save me money. Also they always answer the phone which is more than I can say about other pharmacies in NB. One issue is their hours of operation. They close early and not open on weekends.”

“I moved into a house just accross the street from the strip mall that Phils is in. One day I wasn't going to be able to go to my reg chain pharmacy so asked to have the prescription sent to Phils. So glad I did! Haven't gone anywhere else since. Everyone there is very friendly and will go out of their way to help. One time I called 15 min before they closed on a Sat asking if there was any way to get my script before they closed for the weekend and they said without hesitation, No Problem! My previous chain pharmacy would have told me to shove it up my hat, they need half a day to pull a box of whatever off the shelf!
I arrived 2 min before closing and got no attitude from anyone about getting there just as they were getting ready to lock up...
Great Pharmacy, old fashioned customer service, highly recommend!
Oh ya......although their store area isn't very large they always seem to have anything I need and prices are much better than you would think from a small neighborhood pharmacy.”

“The one pharmacist on staff with the red hair and glasses, I apologize as I do not know his name, is phenomenal and you can tell he genuinely cares for his patients. He takes his time to explain new medications, what they do, how and when to take them and also warns you if they are addictive. He also special orders in a specific medication that my mother is the only patient on it, and he makes sure to have it available for when she needs it. For me, he is the reason I stay with this pharmacy. In regards to the other portion of the store, the staff are always super friendly and willing to help you find something.”
“Amazing pharmacy service. I went in because I have a lingering neck rash. The pharmacist took the time to help me. I didn't get his name, but he is a very kind, calm and knowledgeable man. I highly recommend using this pharmacy!”

“The big guy who was working front cash on Saturday evening is a true hero! I was traveling across ontario and developed such an excruciating sore knee I could not walk. Desperately needed crutches. The only crutches your store had were way too big for this short woman. But your clerk was super kind. Got me a chair to sit in while he called around other stores to find me the right crutches. Thank you!”
“This place has become my regular pharmacy since moving to North Bay a couple of years ago. It's always clean, organized and there is typically someone near the entrance to greet me and make me feel welcomed. The pharmacy team is great and helpful. They look after our familys medicine requirements really well. I recommend this location and will continue to visit.”
“I shop at this location over the other locations nearby. I have most often found the staff to be helpful and welcoming and tonight was no exception. Whether it’s the gentleman who was taking care of the floors, or the super friendly cashier working this evening, it makes for a positive experience that keeps me coming back. I can’t speak for the prescription services as I don’t use them but when I’ve had questions regarding OTC products (flu, sinusitis, etc) they’ve been generous with their guidance and knowledge.”
