“I transferred my prescriptions here six months ago after several blunders by former Pharmacy, for which no explanations were given and no apologies made.
So far, so good. The Pharmacists and staff here are pleasant, knowledgeable, and they take time to answer questions even for OTC meds. Plenty of free parking and if there is a wait time, you can even shop for groceries.
UPDATE: Ah, decided to transfer to another Pharmacy that was handling DNA for clients and as I thought that would be of benefit to me having medication problems in the past, changed to that Pharmacy ; however, while with Loblaw Pharmacy was quite happy with service, Thankyou”

“The one pharmacist on staff with the red hair and glasses, I apologize as I do not know his name, is phenomenal and you can tell he genuinely cares for his patients. He takes his time to explain new medications, what they do, how and when to take them and also warns you if they are addictive. He also special orders in a specific medication that my mother is the only patient on it, and he makes sure to have it available for when she needs it. For me, he is the reason I stay with this pharmacy. In regards to the other portion of the store, the staff are always super friendly and willing to help you find something.”
“I had to bring my dog for a grid keratotomy in Ottawa. On our way back through to Timmins, her eye had a lot of discharge from the procedure and the woman (pharmacist) that helped me find wipes and eye wash was SO kind and helpful. Thank you so much for that. It was around 5pm and it was not overly busy, plenty of staff and served promptly at the cash register by a very kind gentleman. It was a good experience.”
