“Very professional experience when dealing with the representative. Had a bit of trouble when we actually went to the site but were able to connect with the Manager in Ottawa and he fixed the code problem. On move in day everything went great. I especially like the bluetooth app entry so you don't have to get out of your vehicle every time. The unit was very clean and dry and it looks like the units slope outward and are raised just in case of flooding happening. Nice lighting at night as well and convenient hours of operation. Would highly recommend.”
