“We have had an excellent experience with Cubeit Portable Storage. From the first phone calls and follow-up to arrange the delivery of the storage unit at the onset . . . to the final call by me to arrange the delivery of our storage container to empty at our end, the personnel have been professional, polite and very accommodating! At a time that can be quite stressful, everyone has made the experience as hassle free and efficient as possible. Thank you!”
“I wish I could gate keep this place! But I can't the lady's here are amazing and easy to talk and understand and extremely helpful! U really feel safe an at home! Thankyou for a great experience during a tough time ! Forever a client :)”
“Very professional experience when dealing with the representative. Had a bit of trouble when we actually went to the site but were able to connect with the Manager in Ottawa and he fixed the code problem. On move in day everything went great. I especially like the bluetooth app entry so you don't have to get out of your vehicle every time. The unit was very clean and dry and it looks like the units slope outward and are raised just in case of flooding happening. Nice lighting at night as well and convenient hours of operation. Would highly recommend.”
“I’ve been using this facility for 15 years and more. Absolutely amazing service and staff are nicely and friendly. I appreciate to keep secure for the long term.”

“I was so impressed with the service I received from the manager at access storage. She was beyond knowledgeable, very helpful and full of kindness to deal with! Highly recommend using access storage to anyone! Not to mention all the handy moving supplies they have for purchase.”
