After 4.5 hours driving, I stopped to fuel the car and take a washroom break. Too bad! Whasroom out of service (intentional, to avoid the extra work? nowbody knows). The person on attendance doesn't seem to be concerned too much with the issue....Never customer again here.

Not 24hrs. Arrived at 4am to fuel and lights are on, noone inside to authorize pumps, door locked tried knocking and calling no response.

Be extremely careful when you come to this location, and read your receipt very, very carefully. I was just in and an employee named Akash (on receipt named Shanker) billed my purchase of lottery tickets out as $1 individual tickets called on-line, and billed me $28 for an $18 purchase. Luckily I noticed it when I looked at my receipt because I was also getting a car wash. He then denied anything that he had done wrong and told me that that was the correct price, even though the prices listed on the lottery tickets came up to the $18. He then wanted to keep all of my receipts and was only willing to refund me a small amount of the $10 he had tried to defraud me out of. I literally had to tell him I would get law enforcement involved to get him to give me the receipts back as well as refund the money he tried to defraud me of. So as I said, be very, very careful and read your receipt very, very carefully because this employee may try to defraud youAs an update. I had contacted both the location and Shell corporate. Neither could care less that this guy is trying to defraud customers.

Gas pumps cap out at $150, which definitely isn't enough to fill a truck at current prices. Store also consistently cancels DoorDash convenience store orders - they accept them, wait 1-1.5 hours until after the dasher has arrived, then cancels saying they're "unable to fulfill order". No communication, keep the dasher waiting, and by the time the order is cancelled too late to order elsewhere. This has happened each of the 3 times I've ordered over the past half year...never again.

Pay at pumps not avaliable so they ordered green cards to tell everyone instead of fixing the issue. Lazy fix

Nothing more annoying than when you try and call this business and the phone is always busy. I forgot something at the counter which were the lottery tickets I’d just bought. Can’t even get a hold of anyone because the line has been busy for hours now. Not like I can just go for a ride as I don’t live in the area. Irritating to say the least.

I mostly go in store for lottery tickets they always gave me good and satisfied service but when I went last week for ticket I do not why but the staff seemed so confused and the girl gave me wrong lottery ticket. Sorry but this was my favorite store for lottery tickets I always prefer to go there but last week they make me upset.

Just went there to buy some lotto and gas, employees take time to listen what you need and they are very friendly. Pumps were clean as well. Will definately go there.

During these pandemic times gas stations have been deem essential but apparently only taking your money is essential. They have closed their PUBLIC washroom. If their business is essential and open then all of it should be open. Where are other essential workers like taxis and delivery drivers who use fuel supposed to go to use a washroom while out on the road?

They just broke my license plate holder in half and it was thick metal!
I asked for the Manager but they only work 9 to 3pm
Hello wake up and have the Manager work at least one night shift until 6pm like normal business owners
